Warranty policy
Every refurbished device sold by laptopwalas carries a 6-month seller warranty from the date of delivery, unless a different period is stated on the product page. Our warranty covers hardware faults that arise from normal use.
What is covered
- Motherboard, RAM, storage (SSD/HDD) and other internal components
- Display, keyboard, trackpad and ports under normal use
- Battery holding a usable charge (a refurbished battery is not expected to match a brand-new one)
- Charger and adapter supplied with the device
What is not covered
- Physical damage, liquid damage, cracked screens or dents caused after delivery
- Damage from unauthorised repair, tampering or opening the device
- Software issues, virus or malware, and any data loss
- Consumable wear and cosmetic marks disclosed at the time of sale
How to claim
Write to contact@laptopwalas.com or call +91 98875 28990 with your order number and a short description of the fault. Our team will guide you through diagnosis. If the device needs to come in, we will arrange pickup or share the service address. Turnaround is usually 5 to 7 working days depending on the repair.
Where a fault cannot be repaired, we will replace the device with the same or an equivalent model, or offer a refund of the amount paid.
