Returns & refund policy
We want you to be confident in your purchase. If something is not right, you can return an eligible device within 7 days of delivery.
Return window
Raise a return request within 7 days of receiving your order by writing to contact@laptopwalas.com or calling +91 98875 28990 with your order number and reason.
Eligibility
- The device is in the same condition as delivered, with no new physical or liquid damage
- All accessories, chargers and packaging received with the order are returned
- You can show an unboxing video or clear photos if the item arrived damaged or faulty
Refunds
Once the returned device reaches us and passes inspection, we process your refund within 7 to 10 working days. Refunds are made to the original payment method. The online advance paid through Razorpay is refunded first; any balance is settled per the payment method used.
For a change of mind (device works as described but you no longer want it), a return is accepted at our discretion and a handling deduction may apply. Devices reported faulty within the warranty period follow the warranty policy instead.
Non-returnable
- Devices with physical or liquid damage caused after delivery
- Items where the serial number does not match our records
- Software or licence keys once activated
Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable except where the return is due to our error or a faulty device.
