These terms govern your use of the laptopwalas website and your purchases from us. By placing an order you agree to them.

Products

All laptops and desktops sold here are refurbished unless clearly marked otherwise. We describe the configuration, condition grade and warranty on each product page. Photos are representative; a refurbished device may carry minor cosmetic marks consistent with its grade.

Pricing and payment

Prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of GST unless stated. We may correct pricing errors before dispatch. Orders are confirmed after a minimum online advance is paid; the balance is collected as per the chosen method. Payments are processed securely through Razorpay.

Orders

We may decline or cancel an order in case of stock issues, suspected fraud, or a pricing error. If we cancel a paid order, the amount is refunded in full.

Warranty and returns

Purchases are covered by our warranty policy and returns and refund policy, which form part of these terms.

Liability

We are not liable for any loss of data or indirect loss arising from the use of a device. Please back up your data regularly. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan.
